Everything was perfect. Next time I visit New Zealand I will definitely book with JUCY.

Rented a camper from the Auckland branch. When we arrived they emailed me a contract to sign but did not go over it or give me a chance to read it over. The woman who showed us around gave us a brief vague overview of the van. She let us know to Empty the cassette and grey water and top up the other items such as fuel and water. There was no manual in the van or easily found information on any further expectations than that. I found the website very problematic with little info on the van itself.
We did everything we were told and were still hit with a cleaning fee of $100 and then sent a different list of T&Cs that were different from the form I signed. If these expectations were made clear I would have gladly detailed the entire van but since they did not explain that I assumed the cleaning fee was included in the price of the van much like Airbnb does. (Airbnb is painfully clear on expectations). There are also no cleaning supplies provided so cleaning the van was very hard in the first place! I’m sorry but I’m not going to go out and purchase cleaning supplies for a 5 day trip.
I believe that the vague instructions are done on purpose as an excuse to charge their customers more. Luckily I work in the tourism industry and can warn MANY travelers not to use this company!
